Do you offer custom monograms?
Coze offers a bespoke Monogramming service which can be completely customised to suit your requirements. We are able to monogram just about anything from logos to family crests, so please do contact our design team for a quotation.

Do you offer returns on your products?
We are so confident that you will be delighted with your Coze purchase, however, if you are not you can return any item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused, un-embroidered and in its original packaging as part of our Money Back Guarantee. The return of pillows is excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons, except in accordance with your legal rights and if the packaging has been not been broken. Please note, that embroidered products are not eligible for a return unless faulty.

European deliveries = £35.00

What are your lead times & do you offer next-day delivery?
For deliveries to the UK, we’re able to offer next-day delivery on all of our non-embroidered items. For items which require personalisation, the process usually takes 5-10 working days for us to embroider, quality check, steam, gift wrap & deliver your order.

For international deliveries, all orders will be dispatched within the 5-10 working days & shipments can take anything from 15-20 working days from the date of order placed, this is also of course dependent on your local carrier timescales.

Can your bathmats be monogrammed?
Due to the backing and plushness of our Bath mats, unfortunately, we are unable to monogram these products.

Where are your products made?
At Coze we pride ourselves on attention to detail and our research has taken us around the world in search of the finest products and craftsmanship.

Coze towelling products are sourced from only the finest mills in Turkey, known for producing some of the softest, luxury products in the world.

Our bed linen is produced with great artisanal expertise in India – one of the leading exporters of luxury cotton. We work closely with the finest cotton harvesters to produce the most premium, quality cotton available

At Coze we work with the best duck breeders in the French Pyrenean Mountain regions to farm a down growing in reputation the world over for its outstanding quality. As a result, at Coze we only use Pyrenean duck down across all Coze pillows and duvets.

Coze blankets and throws capture true elegance & are born from a distinguished 230-year heritage, with our wool expertly crafted in the mills of northern England and our cashmere in Milan. Coze use the softest and most luxurious fabric across our collections including Mongolian Cashmere.


Do you use plastic packaging?
As an environmentally conscious company, each order arrives with a complimentary gift wrap. We wrap all orders in our beautiful eco-friendly, re-useable packaging which is hand-tied with our signature mint ribbon. Our cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable.

Are your Goose feathers and down ethically sourced?
All Coze Feather and down products carry the Downpass label. This label ensures that we meet the ethics, excellent quality & the ability to trace our feathers and down to the source. The Downpass label also considers the high standards held by the European Convention for the safety and protection of animals, therefore our customers can be confident that absolutely no live-plucking has been carried out in the production in any of our Feather Products.

Do you supply the same Linen to Hotels?
We supply pillows, duvets, towels and linens to many of the UK’s finest establishments including The Dorchester, The Mandarin Oriental, The Ritz & The Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland. What’s the most popular monogram font & colour?
At Coze we offer a wide range of monograms across our collections, in addition to the option for a bespoke monogram. Our most popular font choices are Paris Headline, Castellar & Round Monogram. For a subtle Monogram, choose a colour similar to the product & for something more noticeable it’s recommended to choose a contrasting colour i.e. Charcoal Monogram on a White Robe.

Do you offer custom cording on Bedlinen?
Our Bedlinen is available with a variety of neutral cording options. Unfortunately, our cording colour options are not as vast as our thread colours, however, we recommend choosing either Kissen white corded Linen or alternatively Ando hemstitch linen for a beautiful contrast against more colourful Monogram threads.
