Coze Pillows really are the best of the best. Our three-chamber luxury hotel quality pillow comes in a 260 thread count, 100% cotton casing. It has two elements to its filling. The first, for comfort, consists of 70% Pyrenean duck down and 30% feather. For Support on the inside, it has 10% Pyrenean duck down and 90% duck feather. Weighing just over 1kg with medium softness, this is our heaviest pillow.
